POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
RegistrationTeams that have submitted a registration form and a check will be entered into the tournament on a first-come, first-served basis. A team will not be admitted into the tournament if the registration form is received without payment, and will be put on a waiting list until payment is received by the LAJCC office.

If you do not submit payment prior to the date of your first game, bring a check or cash with you. We can not accept credit cards at the venues. Failure to pay by game time may result in forfeit. Our ability to collect the nominal tournament fee is directly related to the quality of tournament we can offer. Please help us maintain the benefits we provide to students - it is sincerely appreciated.
EquipmentIt is the responsibility of each team to bring their own equipment (bats, balls, etc.) as in all other competitions. Back up equipment will be available for sports with greater equipment needs such as baseball and tennis.

Check-In ProceduresCoaches must check in each day at the specific sports registration table 30 minutes prior to their team's scheduled game time to pick up tournament information and complete a team roster.
Late ArrivalsTeams who arrive 15 minutes after their scheduled game time forfeit that game to the opposing team. ForfeitsLAWSG must be notified at least one (1) week prior to game day if team not going to play. Teams who regularly forfeit will be subject to registration restrictions and/or exclusion from future LAWSG.
SportsmanshipTo further enhance our partnership with the Character Counts! and Victory With Honor programs, coaches are now required to sign a code of conduct agreement to participate in the Games. Failure to sign this document and adhere to its policies will result in forfeit of games and/or exclusion from future LAWSG.
